    Turbine blades is the most difficult and expensive in making unit. Accuracy in manufacturing, compliance with all heat-treatment regulations and control at all stages is very impotent. We use only the highest quality components, resulting in significant improvement of the reliability and survivability of products.

Utilized fields of application:

  1. Own small generation from the steam generator of boiler station, reducing consumption from the network company.
  2. Own small generation from the recovery boiler, supplying objects located remotely. Can work as a backup source of electricity.

Perspective fields of implementation:

  1. The application of steam-turbine plant (STP) in the existing boiler stations is of immediate interest that everything is ready: the building, boilers, heat networks. It is necessary to install STP, if there is an opportunity for the steam rate and parameters, because in most steam stations produced steam has higher parameters than that required for production. Therefore, pressure-reducing and desuperheating station (PRDS) installed parallel to STP, thereby providing boiling station and production operations with electrical energy, as well as having an independent energy security when network turned off.
  2. Application of STP as an adjustable turbine drive pumps, exhausters, etc. It is the cheapest drive, expensive generator is not required. Simplified automation system.
  3. Application of STP in the construction of new boiler stations is especially important while developing new areas of the north, since there is no need in pulling the power transmission lines, which requires large financial investments in the construction and operation, and provides large transmission losses and the heat is not transmitted over long distances.
  4. Application in the residential, agricultural, construction, extractive sectors. Mini-Heating Electrical Station allows to provide a cheap heat, hot water and electricity at the location. In addition, the heat transfer agent can be easily adjusted, according to the outside temperature. Further, energy security and reliability is increased, since nowadays the main equipment of Russian CHP (Combined heat and power station) is worn out by 90%. As a result emergency power system shutdowns can start.
  5. Application of STP, along with a gas turbine allows to organize high ecological and economical combined cycle.

As a source of steam for the steam turbine (STP) can be used steam boiler that runs on any fuel, and in a series of combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) - heat recovery boiler.

 CCGT construction allows performing a capital repair and assistance service on site without dismantling and sending to the manufacturing company. Booster station is not required. The gas turbine is used as the drive generator.

Specified life of CCGT – 20 years.

CCGT is economical, environmentally friendly, fireproof.

P out = 0.05 kg / cm2 - steam pressure at the outlet of the turbine;

t out = 35 °C - steam temperature at the outlet of the turbine;

Nel = 2,6MVt - electric power.

 

Technical characteristics of steam turbine STP Т-2-1,4/1 in cogeneration mode:

P0 = 14 kg / cm2, - steam pressure at the turbine inlet;

t0 = 380 °C - steam temperature at the turbine inlet;

G0 = 14,000 kg / h - steam flow to the turbine;

P out = 0.05 kg / cm2 - steam pressure at the outlet of the turbine;

t out = 100 °C - steam temperature at the outlet of the turbine;

Technical characteristics of steam heat recovery boiler:

P0 = 15 kg / cm2, - steam pressure at the outlet of the boiler;

t0 = 400 °C - temperature of the input gases;

t out = 380 °C - temperature of the steam at the outlet of the boiler;

G0 = 15,000 kg / h – boiler capacity.

Application of steam turbine plant STP:

Provides consumers with heat and electricity

Heat excess is used for heating or allows organizing large greenhouses

Commercial prototype of STP with generator installed on research and manufacturing association «Avtomatika» in Ekaterinburg. Currently released the detailed documentation for serial production of STP with electric power from 0.25 to 10 MW and heating power from 1 to 30 MW and steam turbine is certified for serial production.

Steam turbine plant is designed for use in existing or newly built steam boiler stations. Separate building and expensive base are not required for the installation of the steam turbine plant. Turbine unit is located directly in the machine room of boiler station.

Absence of oil system in STP construction provides fire safety.

Small metal intensity and size allow running a quick warming and start of STP and also allow to place it on the same frame with the generator. STP operates on rotating bearings that provides small gaps in the seals less than 1 mm., thereby the steam losses are reduced. Moreover, seals on the shaft allow excluding ejector suction seals and the heat exchanger from the turbine plant. Due to this solution steam losses are eliminated.

Multi-stage steam expansion performed on one wheel, thereby dimensions and weight of STP are reduced.

STP works well in variable regimes and heat duty regulated by pressure in the heat exchanger - condenser. Pk = 1at - T = 1000°C; Pk = 0,5at - T = 750 °С; Pk = 0,12at - T = 500°C

DISADVANTAGES OF GAS RECIPROCATING PLANT

Spark plugs need to be changed every 3-4 months, about 0,02 rubles per 1kW of produced energy

High voltage wires

Engine oil replacement and refilling of which in the calculation on 0,45g per 1kW of produced energy (about 1,7 mln rubles/year with a power 4MW)

Oil filters, replacement of every 500-2000 hours

The presence of formaldehyde in the exhaust, which provides tight standards. so that equipment cannot be used in urban projects, even if the high chimneys are constructed. Formaldehyde utilization requires expensive ammonia catalyst.

Overhaul through 40000-60000 hours (every 5 years), the overhaul cost is 50% of the cost of gas reciprocating plant

Boiler and turbine plant located on the chassis frame vehicle or rolling stock having automation system, feed pumps, burners which work on all types of fuel.

Turbine unit consists of frame, automation system, generator, control panels, power panels. Depending on the power and steam parameters turbine plant is equipped with a one turbine or two: high-pressure turbine (HPT), and low pressure turbine (LPT).

In case fixed installation is performed, construction of the turbine plant allows installing it in the machine room of boiler station (separate building is not required).

Frame construction of turbine plant does not require labour-intensive and costly capital bases.

The turbine is installed on a frame with the generator. Automation system and power equipment designed and manufactured by research and manufacturing association «Avtomatika».

The project of mobile Mini-Heating Electrical Station with power to 0.75 MW and stationary one with power to 10 MW by which we can manufacture, equip, install, adjust and deliver basic equipment to the customer.

Manufacturing and delivery period is from 4 months to 1 year, depending on the specifications and payment conditions.

Price depends on the required capacity.
